Suffering From Aches and Pains-Try These Remedies
There are many reasons a person may suffer from various aches and pains in the muscles and joints of their body’s. Some may be due to injuries as a result of an accident while others may be because of a simple thing such as the individual’s posture when sitting, walking or standing.
When a person allows their head to tilt forward on as a continuous habit it can cause pain in the neck, shoulders or upper back areas of their body.
Sitting with the head in a vertical position can help to relieve much of the pain that can occur in these areas of the body.
One way to help relieve back pain in the upper back is to stand against a wall, place one hand behind them as though trying to place the hand in the opposite back pocket, let the other hand slide down towards the knee. Allow the head to tilt downward, but keep their head against the wall as they lean to the side. After holding this position for a couple of seconds on one side, relax and do the same thing for the other side of the body. This is known as a trapezius stretch and can help the upper back as well as improve a person’s posture.
