If you get aches no matter what you’re doing from sitting at your desk to watching Direct Star TV you may have arthritis. Here are a few ways to ward off the disease and what to do about it.
Get Up and Move: The more you move around the more likely your joints will stay lubricated and the less you’ll hurt in the long run. It can be hard when you’re already sore but a short walk won’t harm anything.
Drink Lots of Water: Lubrication is the key reason aging joints are in pain and the more water you drink and the more cellulose you consume the better off you’ll be. Try to take supplements, too, along with a healthy glass of water and see if they make any difference in your daily amounts of pain.
Talk to a Doctor: If all else fails, see your doctor about your pain. There are many medications available to alleviate arthritis stiffness and your doctor may want to refer you to a specialist for further tests and even surgery.
